Burgess Recruitment are currently seeking a Waiter/Butler for a 100m+ Charter yacht.
Experienced Waiter/Butler will provide personalised service to the Principals onboard the yacht and within the Principal's private residences in UAE. The role combines luxury food & beverage service with butler duties, ensuring exceptional hospitality, discretion, and attention to detail at all times.
Requirements
- Experience on vessels over 90m, private residences, UHNW households, luxury hotels, or luxury cruise ships.
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certificate required
- Silver Service, Butler Training, and/or WSET qualification advantageous
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates required
- Deliver professional Butler and hospitality service to the Principal, family members, and guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, discreet assistance.
- Assist with packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and personal requests.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, and guest arrangements as required.
- Provide formal and informal dining service.
- Perform silver service, plated service, and beverage service.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, wines, cocktails, and refreshments.
- Assist with private lunches, dinners, receptions, and onboard or residence events.
- Support service operations within the yacht, penthouse, and private villas as required.
- Maintain dining areas, pantries, service inventories, and hospitality standards.
- Ensure all guest areas are presented to the highest luxury standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
