We are currently seeking a Waiter/Butler for a 100m+ Charter yacht.
We are seeking a well-rounded, switched on and confident Waiter/Butler to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht.
Requirements
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certificate required
- Silver Service, Butler Training, and/or WSET qualification advantageous
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates required
- Previous experience in a Waiter/Butler, Service Steward/ess, or similar guest-facing role on a luxury yacht, private residence, or five-star hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of formal dining, silver service, and luxury guest etiquette
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional, discreet, and personalised service to UHNW individuals and VIP guests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished presentation
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across Interior, Galley, and Deck departments
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Schengen visa/EU right to work required
