Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sole Chef on similar-sized vessel
- Culinary training and experience in high-end restaurants or hotels preferred
- Excellent time and kitchen management
- Creative, adaptable, and able to cater to varied guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- STCW, ENG1, FHS level 3
Start date: IMMEDIATE

Salary: TBC
Duration: Minimum 2 week contract
