Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Temp Head Chef for a 60m+ Motor Yacht.
This is a temp position to cover leave.
The ideal candidate will be a confident chef who ideally comes from a Michelin background.
Requirements
- All relevant certifications up-to-date- F&H, Ships Cook etc.
- Proven experience as Head Chef on similar sized vessels
- Must have experience with BBQ’s & British cuisine
- Michelin Starred experience highly preferred
- Ideally has experience provisioning in the Bahamas
- B1/B2 Essential
Start date: 1 November
End date: 1 December
Location: Bahamas
Salary: EUR 10k DOE
Vessel & itinerary- Private vessel- Bahamas cruising -with owner use
