Burgess recruitment are currently seeking a Temp Crew Chef for a 40m+ Private M.Y
Requirements
- STCW, ENG 1
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a small galley
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to slot quickly into an established team
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and galley cleanliness standard
- Ability to provision efficiently and work within budget for crew meals
- Confident in preparing fresh, varied, and nutritious menus for 8–10 crew members daily
Duration: 16 - 22 September
Location: France
Salary: EUR 200-250 per day
Private & Charter vessel with dual season operations.
