Burgess Recruitment are currently seeking a Temporary 2nd Engineer for an 80m Private Motor Yacht
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Previous experience as a 2nd Engineer on a large yacht
• Strong engineering knowledge with the ability to work independently
• Proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a professional engineering team
• Flexible and hands-on approach to all aspects of the role
Ideal Background
• Previous yacht engineering experience essential
• Y3 or higher engineering qualification preferred
• Valid STCW & ENG1
• All engineering certificates and documents up to date
• Schengen visa or right to work in Europe
