Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Stew/Masseuse for a 70m+ motor yacht.
This position would suit a positive and personable Stew/Masseuse with attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest care and wellbeing.
Open to junior candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date
- Confident across all areas of the interior. All interior staff rotate through all departments.
- Must be energetic, active and enjoy participating in and supporting an active onboard environment.
- Able to provide massage treatments for owners and guests as required, working alongside an existing Spa Stewardess.
- Candidates desired with a physiotherapy background, as the owners particularly enjoy physiotherapy style treatments.
- Comfortable working primarily as a stewardess, with massage duties required on an as needed basis.
- Positive, bubbly, and sociable personality with the ability to integrate into an established and friendly crew.
- Additional qualifications or experience in Personal Training and/or Pilates would be considered a bonus.
- Schengen & B1/B2 visa required

Vessel Program and itinerary: Private & Charter – Depart for crossing around 25 November to Antigua, followed by med summer and winter yard period in 2027.
