Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Spa Manager / Housekeeper for an 80m Charter Yacht
Start Date:
Must be available to join no later than 1st February.
Location:
Caribbean (joining location TBC)
Contract:
Permanent or Temp/Seasonal

Please note:
We are also open to receiving CVs from candidates only interested in a 2:2 rotation, however this is not yet confirmed and is subject to owner approval. Candidates applying on this basis must clearly state this in their application email.
Salary:
Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Leave:
90 days per year (based on current package)
Visa:
Valid B1/B2 visa in hand is required
OR proof of an imminent appointment in candidate’s local area (timing is tight)
Qualifications:
- Relevant beauty and/or spa therapy qualifications
Requirements:
- Confident delivering massage, facials, nails
- Waxing and lashes are a bonus but not essential
- Experience working in a high-end, guest-focused environment
- Strong organisational and housekeeping standards
Bonus Skills (advantageous but not essential):
- Experience with Biologique Recherche products
- Qualified hairdresser
Other Information:
- Potential charter in February
- Owner trips scheduled
- Mediterranean season planned for summer
