Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Spa Manager for a 100m+ motor yacht.
We are seeking a refined, proactive and wellness-focused Spa Manager to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht, delivering exceptional treatments and creating a serene, world-class onboard spa experience.
- Oversee the daily operation of the onboard spa, delivering exceptional service to Owners and guests.
- Provide a range of treatments including massage therapies, manicures, pedicures, and hairstyling.
- Manage spa equipment, product inventory, and treatment schedules.
- Supervise and support the Spa Stewardess to ensure smooth spa operations.
- Operate specialist spa equipment confidently and safely.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, high-end spas, or yachting.
- Previous experience onboard 90m+ yachts preferred.
- Qualified in a broad range of massage and beauty treatments.
- Strong communication, organisational, and guest service skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented.
- Must be experienced in delivering a variety of treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy massages, as well as manicures, pedicures, and hairstyling services.
- Confident in operating and maintaining specialist spa equipment, including: Gharieni Treatment Tower, CACI Synergy, Intraceuticals Oxygen Machine, Endospheres Therapy Machine, Hot Cabi & Cold Cabi
- Able to assist the Interior team when spa services are not required.
- Must have b1/b2 & Schengen Visas

Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: 90 days annual leave + 2 flights
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private
Must be flexible and willing to work across the principal’s various locations, including private residences and villas in Dubai, UK and France. Depending on Principal’s schedule, operational requirements and seasonal movements.
