Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Spa Manager for a 100m+ Charter motor yacht.
We are seeking a refined, proactive and wellness-focused Spa Manager to join a prestigious 100m+ yacht, delivering exceptional treatments and creating a serene, world-class onboard spa experience.
Requirements:
- All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
- Certified Spa Therapist qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role on board large yachts (100m+ preferred)
- Charter experience

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in a wide range of spa treatments including massage, facials, body therapies, and wellness programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with spa scheduling, inventory control, retail sales, and budget management.
- Ability to create bespoke wellness experiences for high-net-worth and VIP guests.
- Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing guest requirements
Start date: ASAP
Location: France
Salary: EUR 5000 (DOE)
Leave: 90 days annual leave (unstructured, subject to operational requirements)
Vessel Program and itinerary: Double season charter programme
