Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sous Chef for a 90m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Food Safety Level 2
- Experience on 80m+ yachts or in luxury hotels/restaurants
- Creative, high-level culinary background
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Professional, discreet, and service-minded team player
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew); valid B1/B2 visa an advantage
- Confident in Keto and gluten free diets
Start Date: Before the end of March
Location: The Netherlands
Salary: DOE
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
Itinerary: Shipyard until May 2026, then dual season
