Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a great team onboard a 50m+ private/charter yacht.
The successful candidate should be prepared to jump straight into charters.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Valid ships cook certification/ F&HL3
- Proven experience on similar sized yachts
- Daily meal preparation, catering to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized galley at all times
- Work well alongside the Head Chef and other crew members to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency
- Charter experience preferred
Start date: 9 August
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 4750 + tips
Leave: Industry standard
Vessel and Itinerary: Private & charter vessel- single season
