Required Experience:
- Previous yachting experience as a Sous Chef on vessels over 60m
- Formal culinary training
Required Qualifications / Certificates:
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements.
- Excellent food hygiene and galley organisation skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
- Professional and calm
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 7000
Leave: 60 days
Program & Itinerary- New build launching this Summer- itinerary TBC- single season initially
