Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sous Chef for an 80m Charter yacht
- Leave – Rotation 8:8
- Start Date – October
- Leaving yard in Turkey at the end of the summer and location : TBD
- Required experience – Minimum 2 years yachting experience on similar sized yachts
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high class restaurants
- Required qualifications – Culinary trained with a ships cook certificate
- Food hygiene level 2
- Visa requirements – EU Schengen & B1/B2
