Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sous Chef for a 60m+ yacht
Requirements:
- Previous high end restaurant experience
- STCW’s, PDSD, ENG1, B1B2 Visa, Schengen Visa
- Able to provide decent, healthy, varied food for crew and able to take the sole responsibility whilst Head Chef is on holiday (No guests)
- Good organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with travelling off the beaten track - with an understanding that the vessel won’t be able to provision at times for up to 3 weeks.

Salary: EUR 5000+ DOE & references
Leave: 60 days per year
Vessel Program and itinerary: Predominantly very busy private usage, with little charter usage when the vessel is in locations where this is possible. Cruising off the beaten track over 2025, maybe longer.
