Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sous Chef for a 60m+ motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking to build their yachting career onboard a prestigious vessel.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW, ENG 1 and FHL2
- Confident with provisioning, stock control, and inventory management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to support the Head Chef in the preparation and service of guest and crew meals
- Italian/ Russian languages skills desirable
- Schengen visa or EU right to work required
Start date: 1 October
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 4000
Rotation: 2:2
Vessel & itinerary: Private – Med cruising
