Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a great team onboard a 50m+ motor yacht.
The successful candidate should be prepared to jump straight into a season full of charters.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- All required certifications in hand
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- Confident and precise under pressure- catering for 13 crew & guests
- Daily meal preparation, catering to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized galley at all times
- Work well alongside the Head Chef to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency
- Charter experience preferred
Start date: ASAP
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 5000
Leave: Industry standard
