Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Sous Chef for a 130m+ New Build
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious new build programme.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years as Sous Chef or Head Chef on 100m+ yachts
- All relevant certifications in hand and up to date
- Proven experience working in a galley team of 4-6 crew
- Strong Mediterranean, Asian fusion & International fine dining experience
- Highly creative and able to design & execute varied daily menus for up to 30 guests, including bespoke tasting menus and special dietary requirements
- Professional and discreet when guest facing
- Strong leadership skills and great communication skills
- Schengen visa
Start date: ASAP
Location: Med
Salary: EUR DOE

Vessel & itinerary: New build, private programme currently in the Med- dual season
