Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a superior Sous Chef for a 70m motor yacht
This is an exciting opportunity to work on board a prestigious and busy private yacht
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sous Chef on board a proven programme essential
- Ships cook certificate necessary
- Ability to support the planning and delivery of world class menus, including dining, themed experiences, fusion cuisine, breads and desserts.
- Experience cooking for young children & families
- Excellent time and kitchen management skills
- Strong communication skills & team player in all areas
- Must be well presented and professional
- STCW (including refreshers), ENG1 & FHS Level 3
- Schengen visa & B1/B2 necessary
- No visible tattoos
Start date: 3 June
Location: Italy/France
Salary: Highly competitive salary
Leave: Time for time rotation with 56 days on/off
Very generous training contract available. Discretionary 13th month bonus & annual pay rise. Small crew gym.
Vessel & itinerary - Private - dual season - Med cruising summer & Caribbean winter.
