Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Sole Chef for a 55m yacht
Must have strong knowledge and experience in ITALIAN CUISINE.
Additional requirements:
- STCW, PDSD
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (MACI recognized)
- F&H L3
- Very good baking skills (breads/cakes)
- Sushi skills
- Knowledge of Mexican and Asian cuisine
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Good communicator and ability to interact constantly with Owners
- Experience on yachts preferable
- Firm understanding of HACCP, COSHH, and food safety practices
- Knowledge and familiarity of provisioning throughout the Mediterranean
Start date: Flexible, between February and April
Location: Spain
Salary: To be discussed
Leave: 3 months ON/OFF rotation
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private, single season
