Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Seasonal Sole chef for a 45m Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Food Safety Level 2
- Experience on yachts or high end hotels
- Experience with busy charter programs
- Confident setting up the galley after refit
- Creative, high-level culinary background
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Professional, discreet, and service-minded team player
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
28 April till 30 October
Location: France
Salary: 7000 EUR
Leave: 3.23 days per month
Itinerary: Busy charter Med based
