Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for a 47m yacht
Candidate must be confident in creating fresh, healthy, well-planned menus with a Focus on quality over quantity.
Restaurant trained Chef
Must be versatile and creative, clean and organized.
Preference for Mediterranean cuisine.
Organization and planning for provisioning, especially when at anchor.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Central Med Summer Season 2024
Salary: DOE
Requirements: Minimum 4 seasons on board similar-sized yachts
All STCW certificates must be up to date for the next 6 months
Participation in fire and MOB (Man Overboard) teams.
