Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for a 45m+ yacht
Restaurant trained Chef
Candidate must be confident in creating fresh, healthy, well-planned menus with a focus on quality over quantity.
Must be versatile and creative, clean and organized.
Preference for Mediterranean cuisine.
Organization and planning for provisioning, especially when at anchor.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Central Med Summer Season 2024, followed by a refit
Salary: DOE
Requirements: Minimum 4 seasons on board similar-sized yachts
All STCW certificates must be up to date for the next 6 months
Participation in fire and MOB (Man Overboard) teams.
