Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a rotational Sole Chef for a 50m motor yacht
This is an exciting opportunity to work on board a busy private & charter yacht
Requirements
- Experience as a Sole Chef on vessels over 40m
- STCW, ENG1 & FHS Level 3
- Ships cook certificate necessary
- Charter experience preferred
- Ability to plan and deliver of world class menus, including dining, themed experiences, fusion cuisine, breads and desserts.
- Excellent time and kitchen management skills
- Strong communication skills
- B1/B2 essential & Schengen visa/right to work
Start date: 1 June
Location: USA
Salary: USD 8000
Leave: 2:2 rotational
Vessel & itinerary: Private & Charter – Depart USA first week of June for Med summer season, returning to Caribbean.
