Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Sole Chef to join a 40m Sailing Yacht
This role is ideal for an experienced chef who is flexible and thrives in a fast paced charter environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 full seasons as chef on charter yachts
- Valid F&HL2 STCW, ENG1, and other relevant certifications.
- A strong understanding of yacht kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- SCHENGEN visa or equivalent
Start date: ASAP
Location: Italy
Leave: 42 days
Vessel Program and itinerary: Busy charter yacht- Med cruising- single season
