Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Service Steward(ess) for a 100m+ Private Motor yacht.
Requirements:
- All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
- Valid Schengen Visa or EU passport required
- Previous experience as a Service Stewardess on a similar yacht private /charter.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, ideally 1-2 years or more on the same yacht.
- Strong service skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Additional skills such as sommelier training, barista experience, or floral styling are beneficial
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to owners and guests.
- Set up, service, and clear tables for meals and events to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks, coffee, tea, and refreshments as required.
- Support event preparation, themed dinners, and special occasions onboard.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach at all times.
- Assist the C/S /Interior manager and Interior team with any additional duties as required.

Salary: EUR 3500
Leave: 90 days
Vessel Program and itinerary: Private - Med season
