Burgess Recruitment is searching for a Second Steward(ess) for a 70m Charter Motor Yacht
Qualifications:
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical
•Food and hygiene 2
• Ideally 1 year experience as Second Steward(ess) on busy 55m+ charter yachts
• Strong charter background
Requirements:
• Confident supporting the Chief Steward(ess) and leading juniors when required
• Experience working back-to-back charters
• Excellent service skills and strong attention to detail
• Flexible and willing to assist in all interior departments
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Happy to mentor and train junior crew
Start Date: 20 March 2026
Salary: EUR 4,500 per month
Leave: 90 days
Location: Italy
Itinerary: Western Mediterranean & Caribbean. Busy charter program booked
