Burgess recruitment is seeking a Second Steward(ess) for a 65m+ private/charter motor yacht.
Seeking a confident 2nd Steward(ess) to support the Chief Steward(ess) in the smooth and efficient running of the interior department, ensuring high standards of service, housekeeping, and guest experience.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Wine, barista and cocktail knowledge
- Confident in delivering high end service
- Creative with table settings and themed events
- Confident in supervising and training junior crew
- Assist with inventories, provisioning and budgets
- Maintaining SOP's and manuals
- Charter experience
- Excellent communication skills
- STCW, ENG 1, Food safety & relevant interior/hospitality certificates advantageous
- B1/B2 beneficial
- Positive, professional and discreet with a proactive attitude

Salary: EUR 4600
Leave: 90 days
