Burgess recruitment is seeking a Purser for an 80m+ yacht.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Purser to join a dynamic crew on a busy private and charter yacht.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years+ experience as Purser on large yachts
- ENG1, STCW and any other valid certifications in hand
- Relevant Purser qualifications and experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
- Confident in overseeing all administrative functions on board, managing budgets, accounts and inventory systems
- Able to manage guest itineraries, customs and port clearances
- Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency
- Active and adventure-minded candidates will be a great fit. The owners regularly participate in diving, kiteboarding, surfing, and cycling, and often involve the crew in these activities.
- Schengen and B1/B2 visas required

Vessel Program and itinerary: Primarily private with few charters. Future itinerary TBC. Currently cruising Med, Caribbean and US. Owners enjoy water sports, are active and keen to explore new places.
