Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Engineer to join a 75m+ New build Motor Yacht
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join a prestigious new build yacht project. The ideal candidate will have previous new build experience and a strong technical background on large yachts.
Requirements
- CE Unlimited certificate required
- All relevant yachting certificates and documentation in date and readily available
- Proven new build, refit, & shipyard experience highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of yacht engineering systems
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and project management skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Start: December (Christmas holidays off)
Salary: TBC
Leave: 6 weeks with public holidays & weekends
Rotation: Will commence once the vessel turns operational
Shoreside Accommodation provided
Vessel and itinerary: Private with some charter - Launch November 2027
