Burgess recruitment is seeking a Chief Officer for a 40m+ yacht
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deck operations, leadership skills, and the ability to assist the Captain in daily yacht management.
This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent tender driving skills, maintenance knowledge, and the ability to lead a deck team effectively.
Requirements
- Chief Mate 500gt essential
- At least 2 years’ experience on a similar size yacht
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Charter experience and strong in guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Schengen Visa required
Start date: 1 May
Location: Genoa, Italy
Salary: EUR 5500
Leave: 42 days
Program & Itinerary- Med cruising, private vessel.
