The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about sailing.
Requirements
- Yacht master Offshore essential
- Required experience on large sailing yachts
- Confidence in working aloft
- Strong deck & maintenance skills
- Charter experience and strong in guest services
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations
- Schengen Visa required
Start date: ASAP
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 5500
Leave: 42 days
