Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Temporary Chief Officer for a 40m+ motor yacht.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy charter vessel, the ideal candidate will be proactive and confident in running the deck team in a hands-on position.
Requirements
- Yacht master 200gt CE or Newly qualified OOW essential
- Must know ISM checks, understand flag survey & certificates
- Prior experience with EDCIS
- At least 2 years’ experience on a similar size yacht
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Charter experience and strong in guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Schengen Visa required
Start date: 27 April
End date: 30 October
Possibility for extension to cover Captain holidays during October until December
Location: France
Salary: EUR 5500+ DOE
Leave: 3.33 days per month
