Requirements
- Proven lead deckhand experience on big boats
- Yacht Master in hand with all other relevant certificates
- Excellent tender driver
- Confident on deck with good product knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills, team player
- Great all-round watersports experience essential
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 4200-5K DOE
Leave: 45 days
