Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 50m motor yacht
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious 50m private and charter yacht with a great team and structure onboard.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Yacht Master, AEC, and all relevant tickets in hand
- Excellent tender driver
- Confident on deck with good product knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills, team player
- Shipyard experience a bonus
- Good all-round watersports and some fishing knowledge a bonus
Start date: 27 March
Location: Caribbean
Salary: USD 4500

Incentives for training and course completion
Vessel & itinerary – Charter vessel, with 1 charter to finish the season before a quick maintenance period before crossing for the Med season.
