Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Housekeeping (HOH) for a 100m+ Private Motor yacht.
Requirements:
- All relevant certificates up to date and in hand
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on 80m+ vessels
- 3-5 years exp in a HOH role
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support a large housekeeping team
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, adaptable, and positive leadership style
Start date: ASAP
Location: France
Salary: EUR 5000+ (DOE)
Leave: 3:1 (unstructured, subject to operational requirements)
Vessel Program and itinerary: Dual season private programme
