Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Head Chef for a 65m Charter Motor Yacht.

Salary: €12,000 per month
Leave: Non-rotational, Leave TBC
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef on similar-sized yachts

Formal culinary training with expertise in global and Mediterranean cuisines

Valid STCW, Food Safety Level 2 (or higher), and ENG1 certifications
Requirements:

Design and execute high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs

Supervise and train the Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Oversee provisioning, inventory, and budgeting to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness

Maintain compliance with maritime safety and hygiene standards

Provide exceptional dining experiences while adapting to guest preferences and requests
