Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 60m+ private/charter motor yacht
Required experience
- Previous Head Chef experience on 40m+ motor yachts
- Experience cooking for both charter guests and owners
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Experience managing provisioning and menu planning
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy charter environment
- Confident in managing the galley and crew chef
Required qualifications / certificates
- STCW
- ENG1
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)
- Culinary certificate
Start date: ASAP
Location of vessel : Italy
Salary & Leave : EUR 9000, 90 days
Itinerary : Mediterranean based single season
