Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 60m+ charter motor yacht
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join a busy charter programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the galley and will have the opportunity to create varied menus and showcase creativity while delivering high-quality cuisine for both charter guests and the owner. Candidates with previous charter experience are preferred.
Required experience
- Previous Head Chef experience on 40m+ motor yachts
- Experience cooking for both charter guests and owners
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
- Experience managing provisioning and menu planning
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy charter environment
Required qualifications / certificates
- STCW
- ENG1
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)
Visa requirements: B1/B2 visa preferred
Start date: 1 May
Location of vessel : Italy
Salary & Leave : EUR 8,500 per month, 60 days leave per year
Itinerary : Mediterranean season following a yard period.
