Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 60m+ yacht
Department includes a Sous Chef
Start date: 20th July +/-
Location: Joining in Med - Dual season yacht
Salary: EUR 8500
Leave: 10/10 rotation
Requirements: high level of restaurant experience mixed with yachts.
Indian, Asian fusion, vegetarian, traditional flavours, tasting menus.
Charter experience – ready to put on a show for the guests and able to adapt to last minute changes.
Must be a team player.
