Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a superior Head Chef for a 50m motor yacht
This is an exciting opportunity to work on board a prestigious and busy charter yacht
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Head Chef on similar sized charter yachts
- Culinary training and experience in high end restaurants or hotel preferred
- Ability to plan and deliver world class menus, including dining, themed experiences, fusion cuisine, breads and desserts.
- Confident in sourcing premium ingredients
- Excellent time and kitchen management skills
- Strong communication skills & team player in all areas
- STCW, ENG1 & FHS Level 3
- Schengen visa required & B1/B2 a bonus
Start date: 1 June
Location: Croatia
