Burgess recruitment is seeking a First Mate for a 35m motor yacht.
We are seeking an experienced & professional First Mate to join a close knit crew on board a private yacht.
Requirements
- Yacht Master Offshore/Ocean essential – working towards OOW
- Minimum 5 seasons superyacht experience
- Ability to lead deck crew and ensure smooth onboard operations
- Competent in bridge management & strong watchkeeping abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with crew and guests
- Must be a true team player
- Confident tender driver (Essential)
- Confident working independently - able to manage contractors and dayworkers
- New build experience and handling warranty items an advantage
Start date: ASAP
Location: Mallorca
Salary: DOE
Leave: TBD (This is not a rotational position)
Visas: Valid Schengen Visa (Essential)
