Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experience Deckhand/PT for a 80m+ Motor Yacht
The Deckhand / PT is expected to be a fully competent member of the deck team with clear interest in a high level of personal fitness & must hold fitness/personal trainer accreditation.
They will also responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the yacht's gym facilities and equipment and will be expected to work closely with high profile clients in a professional and engaging manner.
Requirements
- Min 1 years’ experience onboard
- Yachtmaster Offshore highly advantageous
- A recognized Level 3 Personal Training certification (or equivalent)
- Sports massage / physical therapy accreditation advantageous
- Proven experience as a personal trainer
- Large tender driving experience
- Confident on deck & experienced in varnish & paint repairs
- Positive can-do attitude & great team player
- Discreet & professional with guests
- B1/B2 Schengen/EU resident essential

Leave: 4:2 rotation
Vessel & Itinerary: Busy Private/Charter motor yacht- Dual season operations
