Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand / PT for a 100m+ motor yacht
The ideal candidate will be an experienced deckhand/PT with an extensive experience in watersports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- All relevant certifications in hand
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Experience with water sports equipment and guest instruction
- Strong communication and guest service skills
Responsibilities
- General deck duties- docking, mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and general deck maintenance
- Confidently prepare, launch, recover, and maintain water sports toys and equipment
- Deliver personal training including fitness/stretching/mobility sessions- onboard as well as ashore
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service, safety, and professionalism
Start date: within 2 weeks
Location: Med
Salary: EUR 4000
Leave: 90 days
Vessel & itinerary – Private vessel, dual season
