Burgess recruitment is a seeking a Deckhand to join a 70m motor yacht
Requirements:
- All relevant yachting certificates up to date
- PBL2 required and Yachtmaster preferred
- Must have strong work ethic, be a team player and willing to help across departments
- Must take pride and initiative in work
- Willing to actively participate in crew initiatives and social activities, including fitness events, crew gatherings, charity projects, and passage or crossing activities.
- Understands the importance of every crew member's contribution to the overall onboard atmosphere and the guest experience.
- Demonstrates professionalism, respect, and accountability while fostering an approachable and personable working environment.
- Schengen visa & B1/B1 Visa required
Start date: Sept/Oct
Location: Spain
Salary: TBC
Leave: 60 days
Itinerary: Private – Dual season, crossing to Antigua late October.
