Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand for a 60m+ charter yacht.
This is a great opportunity for a deckhand who will bring strong deck skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards on board.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a Deckhand on a busy program
- All certs up to date including PBL2
- Experience with driving tenders with guests (jet & propeller)
- Confident in water sports
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, must be a team player
- Maintains professional rapport with charter guests
- Career driven individual
- Schengen visa required
Start date: 14 September
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 3200
Leave: 84 days + 2 return economy flights annually
Courses: 1 week leave & 3000 EUR PA
Bonus: Extra 1 month salary for each year employed (capped at 3 years)
Itinerary: Dual season – Charter. Med summer & Caribbean winter. Aiming to cross the Atlantic end of Nov/Dec
