Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced deckhand for a 65m yacht
You will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht to the highest standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness on deck and assisting with various operations during both private and charter voyages.
Requirements
- YachtMaster Offshore (200t)
- STCW, PDSD & ENG1 certificates in hand
- Experience of 1.5 - 2 years in a similar role on a similar sized vessel
- Knowledge of deck operations, seamanship skills & a commitment to high standards of service are essential
- Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and detailing knowledge with varnish, awl grip paint, sika & caulking experience
- Tender driving experience is beneficial
- Have a strong work ethic and proactive in supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
- Schengen & B1/B2 Visas essential
Start date: 1 June
Location: Italy
Salary: USD 3750 (plus annual bonus,)
Leave: 3:1 rotation

Vessel and itinerary – Private/Charter – Med summer season & technical stop before heading to US east coast & Bahamas.
