🚤 Crew Recruitment Administrator – Burgess
We’re growing our Crew Recruitment team and looking for a Crew Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team.
If you’re organised, people-focused, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and bring a good sense of humour to work — this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the crew recruitment process end-to-end
Managing candidate communications
Keeping candidate records, references, and documentation up to date
Helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for yacht crew
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator
Comfortable juggling priorities
Recruitment or admin experience (yachting a bonus, not essential)
