Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Crew Chef for a 60m+ motor yacht.
Requirements:
- STCW
- ENG1
- B1/B2 visa
- Valid Driving Licence
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (Ships Cook Certificate preferred)
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Minimum 50m+ yacht experience as a Crew Chef
- Proven ability to plan, budget, and manage accounts (Excel used onboard)
- Flexible approach to cooking both onboard and in shore-side apartments
- Strong team player, positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be adaptable, discreet, and able to integrate smoothly with an established crew

Finish date: 12 February 2026
Location: USA
Salary: EUR 5,500 per month
Leave: Included in remuneration
Itinerary: The vessel will be based in Savannah, USA, from December through February, with some periods of shore-side accommodation.
