Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Seasonal Sole crew chef for a 50m Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
- STCW Basic Training
- ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Food Safety Level 2
- Drivers license
- Culinary background, demonstrating a diverse range of cooking skills
- Creative
- High standard of galley hygiene
- Comfortable with long periods in shore based accomodation
- Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
Responsibilities include daily meal preparations for a crew of 10, provisioning and overseeing kitchen accounts.
20 April till 15 September
Location: France
Salary: 400 EUR
Leave: Industry standard
