Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Crew Chef for a 100m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
Start Date: 5 July 2026
Salary: EUR 6,500 per month
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
Qualifications:
• Valid STCW
• Valid ENG1
• Formal culinary training preferred
• Schengen visa (for non-EU crew)
• Valid B1/B2 visa an advantage
Requirements:
• Previous Crew Chef experience on large yachts preferred
• Clean, healthy cooking style with emphasis on seasonal ingredients
• Versatility across Mediterranean, Asian, modern European and contemporary international cuisines
• Strong Asian cuisine experience and/or solid pastry skills highly desirable
• Creative, high-level culinary background
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Professional, discreet and service-minded team player
